S & S Unlimited, Inc. is unique in that the Principal has diverse background in the Housing Industry prior to mastering the Meeting Planning profession.  As the owner of S & S, I am familiar with the industry acronyms, HUD, RAD, MTW, HCV, EPIC, PHAS, SEMAP, HQS, UPCS, PBV, SAFMR, HAP, FSS, MOR, LIHTC, EIR, AFFH, etc.  I can carry on a conversation with our membership regarding their training needs and every day on the job frustrations! 

 

I have managed housing programs, resident services programs, and understand the Board of Commissioners relationship.  I have knowledge of and relationships with the leading training providers in our industry and can communicate the membership needs with them.  I am nationally recognized as a leader in the NAHRO Community and have a reputation for getting things done!  My compassion for this industry comes from my early days of assisting the most vulnerable in our communities with the most basic of needs.  I fight passionately for our organization to receive the most competitive pricing for services for our members.
